Archi nul. Aucun support chez Takeaway. On doit faire avec les réponses en boucle d'une IA de bas niveau. Donc aucune réponse à ton problème spécifique.

Service et communication médiocre ! Promo mal renseigné et obligation de prendre des options qu’on ne veut pas pour commander ! Commande jamais livrée ! C’est un scandale d’être aussi non professionnelles !! Plus jamais je parle de take away !!

J’ai appeler 4-5 fois le restaurant pour annuler ma commande car sa n’avançais pas et il n’ont jamais répondu! J’ai au final été livré 2h APRÈS et la commande est arrivée complètement endommagée!

Cold, wrong communication (order zplit without alerting), impossible to detect the differt types of burgers. Absolutely horror, never again

I love their veggie burger, so I order there frequently. Unfortunately, the last two times the delivery took forever despite an estimated delivery time of 25 minutes. This time, I waited for 65 minutes (!), despite living basically next door…
